While we as gun owners often look to the 2nd Amendment as the foundation for our right to own a firearm we generally do not know all that has taken place with this Amendment from it roots back in the 1300's up to and including the most recent interpretations of our rights as interpreted by the recent case law rulings by the Supreme Court.
